Offered refreshments, contacted by the sales team on arrival in the forecourt, promptly attended to, no pressure sales tactics, enthusiastic about the brand, no 'take it or leave it offer' approach during negotiation as experienced elsewhere, contact retained throughout the buying process to support a smooth and swift transaction, final hand over and collection had a sense of occasion.
