Whilst the car was cleaned. I thought it could have been to a higher standard. There were water stains on the paintwork, meaning it hadn’t been chamois down Properly.

I purchased my car from Chris, he was exceptional with the service I received. He has completely restored our faith in Charles Hurst. So much so my mum is in with him in a couple of weeks to look at another car. Would highly recommend him.

Upon arrival , I was informed that there was no courtesy car for me even though I had requested one at the time of booking. Mr. Michael Convery then made sure that my vehicle was processed as quickly as possible and I was appreciative of his assistance which meant that I did not waste a lot of time.

Very professional service but I think C Hurst are missing an opportunity. My car is a 5 yr old F-pace. While I am not actively looking for a change, it would have been a great opportunity to put me in an I-pace for a day, instead I got a Hyundai hire car(electric).
