My service advisor (Michael) was very friendly and professional, he had an excellent manor and would be keen to deal with him on my future visits. Only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was my video was difficult to hear/understand.

The actual time with you was fine. Disappointed that although the car was washed it was not valeted as previously. I was not happy when I called to check the booking was still valid after a three month wait to be told that I would have to pay for a hire car. You may have changed your procedures but you did not should have contacted your customer about your changes. Please remember Customer Service means you deal with your customers.

I used to have a car loan so it is more difficult to leave car in as I have to arrange a lift to and from so it is not the same service but that is not reflected in price

Car collection charge from owners premises should be scrapped-not all customers live locally.

Looking forward to the return of courtesy cars or lifts. However the service arrangements feel well thought out and very safe. Staff in attendance very helpful and polite
