I was kept informed either by video or contacted direct by Mark, through out the servicing of my vehicle so I didn't receive any nasty surprises.

The service staff member, Michael Convery, was very polite, informative and helpful. I was served promptly and efficiently and couldn't have expected a better service.

only a small point , but you have asked . I know the mechanics are not radio presenters, how ever a little clearer diction on the video report would make understanding a bit easier, of course the visual does explain...and there is the local accent to take into account where ever one is.

The Jaguar sales person, Chris Hill, was excellent in his approach and communication with myself and family. He always had plenty of time to talk things through and thankfully took on all the "fussy" paperwork normally required by the customer. This was welcomed. His knowledge of the car and explanation of its features was straightforward and informative. I am delighted with my E-pace and look forward to the relationship with Charles Hurst Jaguar Belfast.

I went into the open market via the internet after being treated dreadfully by my local dealers for Jaguar in Christchurch, Dorset - I called several alternative dealers, Gary Connelly was instantly interested, his interaction with me was direct and enthusiastic, he had the product I wanted and even managed to persuade me to wait two months for delivery - and ultimately when my wife and I collected the car in Belfast, he was excellent in every sense...
