First time purchasing a car at Charles Hurst and with limited contact with the sales staff, so far it has been extremely satisfactory.

Super salesman, who represented your company in an exemplary fashion. When we got home with the car we noticed a scratch on the rear wing which could only have got there prior to us taking delivery of the vehicle, we have notified Belfast, so it will be interesting to see how this is handled

I have seen a massive improvement from my last visit, the staff are totally different they all seem to be on the ball and very quick to ask if they can help. Its a busy place an despite this they are very professional just what you would expect from a premium brand. The manager Marco even came and asked me if i needed anything and asked for comments on my experience . Well done Charles Hurst !

Unfortunately always too eager to have further work carried out on the car when not necessary at present. Ie new rear tyres still showing 3-4 mm when legal limit is 1.6mm and car has already covered 29000 miles. This should be amber not red. Staff really friendly and competent

was told a taxi would be arranged for us free but we paid for it sent in receipt but was told we would be reimbursed next year only if we spent on repairs over and above service

I always request that Michael Convery looks after my car servicing - he is excellent. I recommended him to my brother who also requests him for his Jaguar servicing. I was very pleased to see that cars now being valeted again - but more care needs to be given to the cleaning of wheels - the state of the wheels is the test of high quality valeting.

Excellent and professional service from Charles Hurst Land Rover in Belfast. The service advisor Chris did a great job, keeping me well informed as to progress on the repairs to my Land Rover. My car was returned clean, and the repair was completed.

The servicing was excellent but the delivery of the car was late by 1 day.
