I was pleased with the smooth running of the whole process and the friendly and professional attitude of Kate. I was offered a time that suited me to arrive. Everything proceeded smoothly and I received a text when my car was ready. Again at a time to suit me. I had enquired about a service package and the information was forwarded to me by Kate before my return so that I could decide whether to take action, which I did.
