I had a problem with the airbag, and I took my car to Jeep Hurst’s they were fantastic, Carl gave me a courtesy car and I got a call the following morning to say it had been fixed and I am looking forward to getting my new Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve

I haven't bought a car in 12 years and found the sales team, both Nigel and Mathew very professional, helpful and friendly. After talking with them and taking test drives I was sure what I wanted and the guys were very able get me what I wanted without any pressure and then come up with a deal that was very satisfactory. As we were going away to the coast for the weekend Mathew was also able to pull the stops out and get the car ready ahead of schedule without lessening any of the service, and after service.
