Carl at the service centre was great and I have no issues however I also called at Carsmedics (NI) for some advice and help - Orin was very dismissive, if I was to score the service I received there, it would be zero and it has impacted on my view on Hursts and probably will not purchase another car or recommend Hursts again.

Hire car was unsuitable. It was to small. Unhappy with length of time for repair to be sortedAlthough I do accept their reasons for the delay

Highly recommended dealership with welcoming and approachable staff members. The man with dealt with was friendly and very informative about what needed servicing and how long it would take; even offering us coffee on our return. It definitely exceeded our expectations, and made our trip more easy. For now, we will continue to use their service.
