The app that shows the progress of the service didn’t work after the workshop had finished. I sat around the store where I was and didn’t know my vehicle was ready for collection. The guy at the service desk said he tried to get in touch a couple of times but he was unable to contact me. If the app had worked as supposed to I would have been notified that the service was complete.

Like all dealerships very expensive

Having several issues with the car in the last 6 months, so quite disappointed in the quality of the car. Broken seat which after being fixed twice is now being replaced. Rear window took at least two attempts to fix plus two separate oil leaks - maybe I’ve just been unlucky. Now rust has been found under the car and it isn’t even three years old. Concerned as warranty is running out this month. Staff have been very nice.
