Got a good deal, however when I bought the two year parts and labour plan for 600 I lost out on the 6 months free parts and labour plan that came with purchasing a used vehicle, doesn't seem fair

Very helpful representative in Belfast who connected us with a pricing representative in Dublin as we were investigating trading in a Renegade for a Wrangler. We we're totally put off by the behavior of rep in Dublin who we brought the car to to be valued. Quoted an initial price but then tried to take a further 5k off for trivial stuff.

Carl, the young man who dealt with me was absolutely brilliant. You have an asset in him.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff who are a credit to Charles Hurst. I still miss the "courtesy bus" to Belfast City Centre, please reinstate this service👍

Please thank Matthew Brown for being open, honest, transparent, friendly and accommodating from first contact to delivery of car and follow up. Matthew was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and approachable which made things smooth and easy when buying my Renegade. A very small issue was promptly dealt with in a courteous manner with a genuine interest to help, highly recommended
