The app that shows the progress of the service didn’t work after the workshop had finished. I sat around the store where I was and didn’t know my vehicle was ready for collection. The guy at the service desk said he tried to get in touch a couple of times but he was unable to contact me. If the app had worked as supposed to I would have been notified that the service was complete.
