I dealt with Matthew Belfast Jeep sales man, he was very helpful sending me videos of the cherokee jeep, he was at all times really professional & very nice to deal with. As I live in Newry I didn't go for a test drive.

Carl was, as ever, a credit to the dealership and was thoroughly professional and friendly.I did however greatly miss the shuttle bus to Belfast City centre and back, that used to be available.I also miss the valet / car wash, Carl did not want to take it through the automated car wash incase it damaged the side steps, which was completely understandable.

I can't understand how my jeep could have had a full service from the mechanic took the jeep into the garage and brought it out 30 minutes,

All felt a bit rushed with no time to deal with any minor issues

The waiting area was cold.
