Carl was, as ever, a credit to the dealership and was thoroughly professional and friendly.I did however greatly miss the shuttle bus to Belfast City centre and back, that used to be available.I also miss the valet / car wash, Carl did not want to take it through the automated car wash incase it damaged the side steps, which was completely understandable.

I can't understand how my jeep could have had a full service from the mechanic took the jeep into the garage and brought it out 30 minutes,

All felt a bit rushed with no time to deal with any minor issues

The representative was great and very thorough also I felt at ease thanks

The waiting area was cold.

The guy I felt with was fabulous Mathew Brown, very happy with his help .

Carl in the service department is always very helpful and courteous. All the work required is always well explained.

Yes it is now time either to bring back courtesy cars, or supply lifts to people,

I had to buy a car as a run about as my Jeep Compass was involved in an accident, Nathan was fantastic and I have a new Jeep ordered and Jeep are going to buy back the car, absolutely fantastic service!!

Carl was extremely helpful and kept me updated right through.
