Job was carried out as requested. Unfortunately as I did not stay on site as the work was being carried out, I was expecting a phone call when the job was complete. Unfortunately after a few hours after the job was completed, I had to phone in to ask if the car was ready.

Robert looked after everything for me, it is greatly appreciated. Robert took great care to advise me of all aspects that needed addressed, liaised with another dealer who were responsible for the costs of works completed, and kept me updated throughout. Robert was a pleasure to deal with, he is incredibly personable and helpful. No query was an issue for Robert to address, and although I could see he was very busy, he took his time with me and gave me all the time I needed to be clear on everything.

Jeep staff were superb, hey were clear about everything the whole way through the process. They explained every step and took the time to ensure understanding on our end of the process. Nothing was too much hassle for them. An excellent service that i will be recommending to others at every opportunity. Well done Matthew & John!
