Quite a few problems early on in the process with your communication system and also getting the right person to deal with but I’m happy to say that once Robert in the Service Department became personally involved everything from there on in was excellent.Thank You again Robert for your exceptional service and attention.I am marking up the following the questionnaire based on Pre Robert's intervention. Obviously going by my above comments post Robert’s would have vastly higher rating

Jeep Belfast definitely very good service professional people work there, only waiting for approval and sorting courtesy car by Charles Hurst main office wasn't fast 4 hours waiting
