I dealt with a rep called John who was informative, friendly and very helpful..in fairness anyone I have dealt with at Charles Hurst has been great to talk too, but John went beyond to help as I kept cancelling my service due to poor health and your staff will actually make me want to continue dealing with Charles Hurst

I picked up the car from Chad who was lovely and explained everything clearly. I dropped off the car from someone else, another man, his name might have been Peter but I’m honestly so bad with names, but he was really lovely too and went through everything before I left. Always feel very respected and taken care of by the staff here.
