10/10 Matt the service manager provided the best level of service I have ever received when getting the car serviced. Nothing was too much hassle , went out of his way to make it personalised , provided updates when required and sorted out with a courtesy car with zero issues at all. Matt worked around our schedule to make sure it was seamless. I honestly can’t remember a time when I have had as good service in my 17 years driving. I was telling my family and friends over the weekend how fantastic it was. I am not sure what the wider customer service is outside Hurst Jeep but if it’s not to the same level as Matt and team then the rest should be shadowing them! Thanks again to all at hurst Jeep - I won’t be going anywhere else in the future for my cars or servicing if this is the continued type of experience I can expect.
