Had been to Charles Hurst late December to get my car fixed. The starter motor was changed, on this visit, however unfortunately there continued to be ongoing issues with the car. On the second visit, the dashboard gave a clear indication of what was wrong, issues with the crank shaft sensor. James from the Boucher Road team who dealt with my second visit, assured me that they would get the issue resolved and true to his word, the car is now driving well with no further starter motor issues. James customer service was second to none and it was clear that he genuinely wanted the car issue resolved as soon as possible.

I was leaving my car in for a service and MOT prep. I was greeted by James and Michael who were both excellent to deal with and went above and beyond all expectations.

Everything went smoothly and very quickly compared to years ago getting a new motor was a laborious day hanging about. The whole thing including a chat only took about 45 mins so very pleased.
