the service i recieved both online and in the shop was fab, i had to change appointments and i got the day wrong and the guy sorrted it and when i came back the other guy sorted it all and dealt with in questions, first class both of themi went to my appointment on the wrong day and the guy was able to let me stay and get my car in, he and his college beiside him were both brilliant they couldtnt do enough and they helped me with querys i had about mot. i must say first class service and my car is great, defo be using kia in belfast as i bought car in newry over pandemic but il be back here when want to change it

Had my car in for it's pre-MOT check-up and MOT, which I pay for with a service plan. Got the check ok, but they forgot to book the MOT, so have to come back later. Not a problem for me as I'm retired and my MOT isn't actually due until nearer the date I now have, so all good. I thought this was quite funny and wasn't at all put out! Could happen to the Bishop, as they say!

Car driving great. As usual Michael service manager looks after me as do all the staff. O this occasion I was looking at a new car and hope In the months to come to get one. Sales staff great for advice
