The staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. I really didn't have a lot of contact with the service staff as I just left my car for service and then picked it up and paid my bill!I then spoke to Lloyd with regard to possibly changing my car in the future but decided to think about it a little as it is going well and has a low mileage.
