I had the pleasure of dealing with David Kane who was very professional and friendly. He answered all my queries and explained the process clearly. I have been in contact with David a few times since the initial meeting when I bought my car. He is always available and approachable.The manager was also very professional and went out of his way to get me the second hand car I had chosen (coming from a different KIA dealership).The whole process was extremely quick and free of hassle.

I find online very convenient and used the service again on this occasion. I was immediatley called back, excellent. However i was asked for repeated information already inputted online (i.e. mileage). The represnetative was pleasant and courteous but I was alarmed when he repeadetly asked was this my car, had I ever had it serviced with Charles Hurst before (only four times previous to this!) because my information did not match their information on screen. I try not to think the worst and that their data was hacked or something, probably human error and the wrong name and address had been allocated to my car reg. Anyway, I got booked in and all ran smoothly thereafter.When booking my car in for a sevice I was told my car belonged to someone else, they completely had the wrong details, this was my fifth service with them, worrying! However regarding the actual service and the Service Team, I cannot fault them, they were very customer focused and I felt valued, a rare thing these days. I cannot fault the excellent service carried out and the face to face customer service. It felt there was a shift in the team, a positive shift. Wonderful!

Alas I haven't had to use the particular and any service (I think !) Tell me if I have missed something and I'll know what to do next October !I have been using Charles Hurst for 4 years now following a life in South East Kent and the way the current team seems to know everything they need to do when a car comes in without a major fuss . All quite entertaining.

The lady on the phone was very professional and curious, she managed to put my mind at ease immediately and although I did not proceed with my inquiry due to motobility waiting times around microchips I would definitely use this service again

I do intend to provide Hursts with a review in a view days detailing the very positive experience I had. I guess that what sticks in my my mind is that as my wife and I were leaving Hursts following our initial visit (at which we arranged a test drive for a couple of days later) we left talking not about the car but about our customer experience. Of course it's expected today that customers will be met with professionalism, courtesy, tea/coffee etc. but there was a genuineness to the engagement and a confidence that we were engaging with a happy team who would help ensure our needs would be met today and in the future.
