Because 99% of you staff are customer satisfaction focused, more so one of staff I seem to have a lot of contact with, but I'm having trouble remembering his name wears glasses small man but seems to wheeled a lot of power within the workshop. Credit to C.H.(ANDY) I THINK. GEOF33 PS

Issue with Kia Connect set up after handover which resolved itself the next morning. There must be a delay in the modem SIM registration and activation, strange that sales not aware of this type of issue.

Online booking made but I was only advised of the 10 mile radius for collection after booking. No real issue though as hiring a car at a discounted rate was straightforward.Great customer service as always. Slight issue regarding my service plan was cleared up quickly and satisfactorily.
