My overall experience was quite good lovely car well worth the long wait. However as i am a member of kia sportage groups on facebook i was asking owners how much they paid for floor mats and they all said the dealers threw them in free of charge , i was not offered this , as i was offered the mats and bootliner and given a price if i wanted to purchase these. Every other car i have got from other dealers i have never had to purchase mats as they didn't charge .

Try and not lose my keys next time.

I waited in the dealership while my car was being serviced, I was made very welcome and was offered several cups of coffee which I enjoyed. I was kept informed throughout and my car Health checked explained in great detail. I can’t remember the guys name who looked after me but he was very informative, friendly and professional great ambassador for Charles Hurst. I have always used & will continue to use CH Kia firstly to keep full service history also I know only necessary work is done and billed for. 😀
