Unsure why a car was listed on the website, for us to reserve, that then wasn't available to test drive for two weeks, to the point we went on holiday so couldn't. We'd have likely bought it there and then too.

Yes lyodd was very helpfull to both myself and my daughter in buying 2 kia off them sean was also very helpfull and pleasent we both had a very good experience with the team at kia i have to say that both these gentlmen went the extra mile with their help please pass on our thanks to them thankyou jim mahood

I would just like to comment on helpful Lloyd was. Both myself and my Dad purchased a vehicle. The online booking system is not fit for purpose. I got an email confirming the date and time I wanted but was then told that was just a request system and by booking was not actually confirmed. So I ended up having to phone the dealer to book another appointment.

I would award the experience 100%. The staff were professional and were warm and courteous. You have great staff from Michael who sold me the car and Sean who also spoke to me about Kia cars. I also spoke to the staff member who prepared the car for collection. Thank you Kia.
