I was informed when I left my car in that there was no service book and also that I'd been driving my car for over a year with bolts missing on the wheels, I'd like yous to be more careful and check your vehicles thoroughly las that could've ended badly for me and other road users

Easy people to deal with. Only one area 'missed' is the 'traffic lights' report. (Green OK - Orange OK for now but needs attention soon - Red important to get it done). No report received and no video of the service.However, when collecting my car, I was told that all was good, but I will need a new tire soon.

While waiting for car I’d been rang to say I needed back brake pads replaced, quoted £300+ for replacement , I advised I’d my own mechanic and happy to take car to him. On collection of my car I was told the report would be ‘text’ to me. One week later I’m still waiting on my service report. Did I really need brake pads? Or was that a con to get me to spend money? …. I wonderDon’t get me wrong - I’ve never had any issues before, in fact it’s our second Kia from yourselves and I’d definitely go for another.

I am very pleased with my purchase of a Kia Niro it's a lovely car to drive and I love it. Thanks to Michael the sales man he was so helpful from start to finish , and so friendly it was so nice to meet someone who had Time to talk and explain everything.
