Lloyd was fantastic.

The car originally suggested did not have heated front seats (ok, we should have asked the question earlier), so didn't fit our requirements. However we had a very pleasant & interesting chat with Michael on Kias & what was typically available or might become available.Probably what suited best was an EV6, but delivery times are a problem right now, & rather more ££s than we wanted to spend at present being new.

Great customer service with James who immediately put me and my mum at ease very knowledgeable and helpful and made the choosing off a motability veichle a very pleasant experience .

James at the Kia service desk was excellent, arranged my courtesy car and service. I got my car back within a day, I couldn’t really have asked for anything better, was great work, I would have no hesitations recommending Kia to friends.
