The sales personnel at Charles Hurst were great, but the communication from KIA headquarters was very poor. I ordered my vehicle in June 2022 but still had no idea on delivery. I opted for a used vehicle purely because I wasn't prepared to wait without and knowledge of when my ordered car would be delivered.

Michael who I would deal with when booking my car in for a service is a gentleman. He is always very helpful and nothing is any bother. He answers any questions I ask honestly, if there is something he is not sure of he will find out for me. The machine's do a great job!!

There was confusion when I was informed that as I was on a service plan I did not need to pay for the service. However less than 10 minutes after I left the dealership and was driving home, I received a call requesting payment for an outstanding charge.
