Good communication throughout and overall an excellent experience purchasing with Kia. The value of our trade in was reduced when it came to handing it over which was disappointing, would have been nice to know this beforehand.

I found the salesman Lloyd Lunn to be helpful and courteous, he kept me fully informed until the car arrived- and went over and above the call of duty and then delivered the car to me. Its people like him who make dealerships great, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Charles Hurst Kia to anyone.

When I booked the car in for service I had mentioned one item that needed attention but this had not be relayed to staff on the morning of the service - luckily the part in question was in stock and was able to be sorted on the day, saving a second trip.
