Excellence customer service the guys even changed my number plate as the original one had a black mark on it from I had it. Was offered a service plan so I'm just waiting on them getting back to me on that.

Car was booked in for a routine service at 11.00am we were there early but didn't get it back until after 3.30.Far to long for a service and no explanation as to why it took so long.

I have had several experiences where a fault was found during a service visit, but the dealership did not have the necessary replacement part to fix it, requiring a part to be ordered and a return visit and wait. This is inconvenient for customers. You should keep a better stocked parts store.
