Michael was wonderful with us from start to finish. He was knowledgeable and friendly but most of all, patient. A nice change from other sales people we have seen of late who can sometimes be too full on.

I was disappointed that my new car did not have electric wing mirrors, but am overall satisfied with the car.

Very pleased overall. Service completed on time and vehicle returned clean and tidy. Service advisors Michael and Catherine were very professional, friendly and attentive.

The car was supposed to be cleaned before giving it to me but unfortunately after we had picked it up we noticed that the wax was still left smeared on the bonnet of the car, the tray in the middle part of the back seat was dirty and the black used to clean the bumpers came off onto my clothes and stained them. Im checking to see if the stains can be removed and if not, I’ll be in touch with Charles Hurst. It’s the first time I’ve ever got a car from Charles Hurst that wasn’t properly cleaned prior to handover
