upon wing collection the wing mirrors looked as if they had been cleaned with a filthy wetrag...otherwise the whole lot was excellent..

The car was in for a safety recall update. At collection I asked if I would receive a written confirmation that the update was completed successfully. I was told that it wasn't necessary. I was surprised at that.
