As a mobility customer I was assured at point of sale that when it came to servicing that I would not be inconvenienced as I'm from Lisburn. When it came to being contacted from the agent I asked could someone give me a lift around to the nearest shops (5mins away) and was told that they couldn't accommodate that request. I explained that I couldn't walk that distance and what I was assured at point of sale. I was again told that they couldn't help me. On the day of servicing there was approx 13 staff in the showroom alone yet I was told that thru couldn't accommodate me? Jim then kindly offered to drive me round - he has been fantastic the whole way through

I believe it would be best to provide 2 options when recommending standard of extra work necessary after vehicle examinationAlso really miss out on your courtesy bus to city centre

Michael was excellent from start to finish and phoned me as promised as soon as a kia niro became available. The day I collected the car he took his time explaining everything in the car, overall he made the buying very easy & straightforward.

Staff always very welcoming especially, Catherine on the service desk and it is great to be able to track on your phone how your service is going. Showroom and waiting area very clean.

Emma was excellent in making sure I was happy with the car before I left the dealership and phoned me later to let me know she had retrieved my dash cam and was holding it for me service above and beyond.

As always the staff are efficient and friendly
