After answering the initial contact from Charles Hurst Kia advising that my service was due and agreeing a date and time for service , I received several more requests by email to book my car in for service. I responded to each advising that I had already booked. That is why I responded to Qst 3. Otherwise, as usual, the service experience and contact from the Kia service reception on the day, was excellent.
