James and Lloyd did a great job ensuring the process was as straight forward as possible. It was my first car so I was worried the process would be draining and confusing but those two individuals are worth their weight in gold, the professionalism and helpfulness to address any queries really stood out and I'll definitely be returning to Charles Hurst because of them.
