I dealt with 2 officals 1. Michael Doherty at Kia (Belfast) Servicing. He was able to get me a cancellation appointment at MOT and fit my servicing in to coincide with the MOT. Always kept me up-to-date with what was going on and any servicing problems. Always courteous and professional. 2. Mark who collected/returned vehicle to my home. Always pleasant and willing to go extra mile. Great customer service from both guys.
