Had no issues, booking was quick and simple Michael was so helpful and kept in touch with me throughout the service, and let me know when an issue arose and helped fix it. He was even able to set me back up with a service plan to cover the next 3 years. Start to finish, a great experience and will choose this branch in future for my services.

Love my new car and Lloyd did a great job handing over the new car. After filling in the forms he’s sat with me in the car and went through all the different functions and buttons. He explained how the hybrid worked and emphasised that it was now petrol as opposed to my last car which was not.he was great from start to finish.

A clear time was given, the car was turned around and made ready in good time and any small bumps or dents where sorted before we took possession of the car

Daid the salesman pulled out all the stops due to so many problems with your finace department it meant i did not pick up my car onthe Thursday 21st when it should have been Monday18th . If it had not been for David i wouldhave pulled out of the sale. I am still waiting for the return of my £500 deposit which should have been eeleased by again your finance department. I hope this will be immediately. Not impressed with your finance department. Perhaps they require further training on customer care.
