The staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. I really didn't have a lot of contact with the service staff as I just left my car for service and then picked it up and paid my bill! I then spoke to Lloyd with regard to possibly changing my car in the future but decided to think about it a little as it is going well and has a low mileage.
