The information given was clear and understandable. The Charles Hurst Kia service advisor that I dealt with, James, was EXCELLENT. The speed at which the part ordered for my Kia Soul car arrived and was fitted, was fantastic. My car was returned spotless and looked as though it had received a valet. However, after spending a total of £609.00 on the diagnostic check, part replacement and labour, unfortunately my car still has the same issue, sporadically refusing to start, then after about an average of 30 minutes, the car will start again. I am still at a loss to understand what is going on with my vehicle. I acknowledge that nothing of issue came up on the diagnostic test report and the team at the Kia centre did spend extra time on my vehicle trying to pinpoint the issue explained by myself.
