I received a Motability car fro Kia Belfast so did not need the information on a service plan or finance options etc. I have clicked excellent anyway as I am sure this would be the case. Johnny was very helpful and accommodating. He explained things perfectly and spent time going through the vehicle with me when I picked it up. A first class service from a very helpful guy.

I'd have expected the vehicle to be cleaned and vacuumed as part of the service however neither was completed.

Michael who I would deal with when booking my car in for a service is a gentleman. He is always very helpful and nothing is any bother. He answers any questions I ask honestly, if there is something he is not sure of he will find out for me. The machine's do a great job!!
