There was confusion when I was informed that as I was on a service plan I did not need to pay for the service. However less than 10 minutes after I left the dealership and was driving home, I received a call requesting payment for an outstanding charge.

My car is a mobility car so servicing and checks etc are all included within my agreement. My car was booked in as the window water Jets had stopped working. I asked for the car to be given a check over and the levels. When I collected the car was told that I needed to get oil as it was low & new wipers? When I came home I checked my agreement and it states that it is all included so why was I asked to get them? Doesn't make sense?

I really appreciate the kindness of all who prepared my car for MOT, miraculously found a test cancellation and took the vehicle to the test centre for me. A superb service .Thank you..
