My car (2 months old ) was in for a recall and I was leaving the car in at 8am. I was offered an appointment straightaway with a proposed time of 1.5 hours. Turned out it was only 45 mins so even better

The team at Charles Hurst is unbelievably "on the ball", really pleasant and get on the job right away. If only they would let me out first, they don't hang about that's for sure. No problems at all. I always have been "sorted" by Charles Hurst since I moved to here from Charles Hurst in Gillingham in Kent. They always always looked after the car and now that is the work of good old team in Boucher Road. The team here is really fantastic, pleasant and a delight to listen to.
