Excellence customer service the guys even changed my number plate as the original one had a black mark on it from I had it. Was offered a service plan so I'm just waiting on them getting back to me on that.

Car was booked in for a routine service at 11.00am we were there early but didn't get it back until after 3.30. Far to long for a service and no explanation as to why it took so long.

I have had several experiences where a fault was found during a service visit, but the dealership did not have the necessary replacement part to fix it, requiring a part to be ordered and a return visit and wait. This is inconvenient for customers. You should keep a better stocked parts store.

All of the staff were excellent. Although unfair to name one Michael Doherty was tremendous. The staff were able to get an MOT cancellation the next day!!
