Nothing at the moment. This time, and on previous occasions, when dealing with the KIA dealership staff, I have had nothing but first class - personal - treatment from all. I have on all occasions dealt with Jonathan Richards, who has always given me an excellent service - keeping me fully informed on all details of our business dealings.

The car was supposed to be cleaned before giving it to me but unfortunately after we had picked it up we noticed that the wax was still left smeared on the bonnet of the car, the tray in the middle part of the back seat was dirty and the black used to clean the bumpers came off onto my clothes and stained them. Im checking to see if the stains can be removed and if not, I’ll be in touch with Charles Hurst. It’s the first time I’ve ever got a car from Charles Hurst that wasn’t properly cleaned prior to handover
