upon wing collection the wing mirrors looked as if they had been cleaned with a filthy wet rag...otherwise the whole lot was excellent..

The car was in for a safety recall update. At collection I asked if I would receive a written confirmation that the update was completed successfully. I was told that it wasn't necessary. I was surprised at that.

Staff at service reception were absolutely 5star. They were on top of their job and gave me full reports from leaving vehicle to letting me know when to collect it. Vehicle was parked up and ready to drive away. 5 star.
