Could not fault the staff at all. I thought I would be running late as my dog, who is epileptic, took a turn just as I was about to leave home. I phoned Charles Hurst Kia to explain I would be running late, would that be OK and they were very understanding. I did manage to arrive on time & the lovely man even asked me if my dog was OK. I was so touched. I waited in the comfortable seated waiting area which had tv, toilets & any hot drink you wanted. I was kept informed about how long it would take and what was happening and to top it all, my car was washed at the end. I had made an effort beforehand to ensure the car was clean and tidy but the little touches from staff along the way made me feel very important. Thank you again for making me feel so welcome.

Due to miscommunication ( probably on my part) I was 24 hours late delivering my vehicle. The team sorted me out and car was ready as planned
