Very friendly staff, welcomed and offered refreshments. Once video was received service plan clearly explained and option of payment instalments which is fantastic in these uncertain times. My only concern was customers not wearing masks when sitting waiting on their cars, seats too close together.

I did not receive a video as it was only window wipers getting changed. But everything was done very fast and great service.
