This is my second Kia Sportage through Charles Hurst Belfast and it was Emma who dealt with us on this occassion. I must say she is absolutely excellent at her job and a real asset to your company. She was so approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. This professionalism encouraged me to place my order for another Kia Sportage. When we came to collect the vehicle (4mths later) she still remembered us and greeted us with her friendly welcome and again was so helpful and explained everything so well. This fantastic customer service has made the whole process enjoyable and we will definitely come back again because of it.

The safety report was sent to my mobile , however as it is not a smartphone ,I was unable to access said report ,and I forgot to ask for a paper print out when collecting my vehicle .Please do not assume that everybody has a smartphone and ask the customer their preference on booking in . I was also told the alarm noise I asked to be removed was unable to be removed ,when infact it is no longer audible .
