Anytime I have ever bought a brand new car I have received a bunch of flowers, this time with Kia this did not happen, after all its the little touches that make things special. I had a nice handover experience from Kati however, I paid a huge amount of money for the safe guard product, I received a cheap set of mats ( not even GT LINE ) as I went for the top of the range motor, no boot mat either, I feel like I was charged way over the amount for what I received.

My car was collected and delivered by Mark for its 1st service very nice guy. Michael rang me to give me an update on the health check, possible puncture. He rang me back later to say all was good!! So I was well informed from the start, which is important, especially regarding costs! Michael very pleasant to deal with.
