My car was returned to me unwashed. Someone has already driven the car and worked on it. I really don't think washing the outside of a car poses a covid risk. So wondering why the car was not washed. Made the same comment in 2020

The online tracking and videos when the vehicle was undergoing work were so useful. Catherine on the service reception desk is so helpful. She is such a clear communicator and kept me informed of all the available options.
