The communication from Michael at Kia was second to none, he talked me through all the items that required fixing and there was a complete breakdown of pricing and an option to select the work needing done.

The repairs were carried out exactly in line with the quote, on time and with the minimum of fuss. I was particularly impressed with Michael, who remembered my name and was courteous and helpful.

We visited on Saturday to meet with Sean, who is a brilliant sales person, very professional and attentive and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately our appointment finished at 3.30pm and we were locked in the showroom grounds until nearly 5pm as a member of staff left without checking there were customers/ staff still in the building.
