I was treated with an exceptional service level from Michael Onye Kwelu, from the initial phone call enquiry to the after sales service. He returned all my emails and calls even on a Sunday, he picked me up from the train station, he explained carefully and encouragingly the technology and processes of importing into Republic of Ireland so that I felt confident and assured. He was patient, helpful and did all of this with a great sense of humour.

I was very disappointed to get my car back not valided or washed as I have taken it to you every year for mot an service I think it is something that should be done

Disappointed with the state the car was presented in. Very poor valet completed inside and out, even with ample notice given for when I would arrive to collect the vehicle. However, I am satisfied with the customer service I received from Johnny from start to finish of the sale of my new car.

I had an email saying my MOT was due but when I checked on the Gov site it would not let me book until 8 weeks before March 2022. I emailed this information to you but as yet I have no rely.
